Blog Carnivals

Carnivalesque XX is up at Recent Finds Weblog. another one to add to my RSS file when I can get to grips with it. It’s late and I’ve been loading more automated entries for next week. I won’t be writing posts during the next week, and may not be reading comments for a day or two during the week as I might be in libraries in various places.

Other Blog Carnivals to look out for in the coming week are Bad History at Archy and Four Stone Hearth which will be a new archaeology and anthropology carnival. They’re looking for a host for January 17.

I’m now puzzling over why Americans have the letter ‘u’ in the word four when they abhor it in so many other places. Clearly it’s time for me to go to bed.
