The first week of work at Polis has been more productive than I was expecting, and this has given me the time and incentive to take some photos from around the area.
The first few photographs are from inside the Princeton Cyprus Expedition storeroom and are with my Sony camera and a Takumar 35 mm lens. I like this lens a lot, but the sweet spot for focus seems very, very small especially in relatively low light conditions with the aperture open. I’m looking forward to seeing what Richard Rothaus can do with it in Greece.



The next few photos are with my Ricoh GRIII and are my version of street photography (sans the people). I snapped these on my walk the other day:
