Friday Varia and Quick Hits

It’s supposed to be a mild and pleasant weekend after a blustery and cooling Saturday. After a few false starts, it feels like fall will take this time around and the last of the warmth and sun days of North Dakotas long summer days are behind us.

It’s good football weather and I’ll hunker down at watch the Ohio State guys take on another MAC school this weekend. I’ll probably also keep an eye on the England-Australia one day series which continues early tomorrow morning. The Eagles take on a hot Saints team and I don’t thing this will be a good for us. The Phillies continue to bumble their way to the playoffs in a series that means more to the Mets and it does to us. I will watch the Anthony Joshua-Daniel Dubois fight tomorrow and probably try to catch some of the Jaime Munguia’s return against Erik Bazinyan tonight.
