Good News

Congratulations go to PLoS who were lucky enough to persuade Bora Zivkovic to take a position with them. Bora will be their community manager. It’s an impressive move by PLoS as it shows they have their eye on the web rather than assuming they’re big enough to bend it to their will.

Other good news. I got went in to universoty today for the first time in two weeks, and found an email saying that Ancient History A-Level has been saved. The story is also covered in this week’s Private Eye and in today’s Independent through a letter from Graham Shipley.
