More on a Grand Forks Church

Readers of this blog know of my effort to preserve the old Trinity Lutheran Church at 3rd and Walnut Street in Grand Forks. The church is slated for mitigation later this fall. So my top priority was to get proper architectural elevations prepared. (For more on the church see here and here and here.)

A local architect Bobbi Hepper Olson with a passion for historic preservation and the a generous contribution from the Grand Forks Community Land Trust made this illustrations possible.

So the physical fabric of the church will not be preserved, at least the building will be formally documented.

(It’s nice to sometimes post something on the blog that proves that I do more than just blog…)
