That’s just unfortunate

I was looking at the BBC Leicester website for, I forget exactly what now. What I found was an article of the social life of post-grad students. I thought it could be interesting as I don’t recall having much of one. I then flipped onto another article on massage parlours. This happens because the BBC likes to link stories of similar interests together. So if you look in the right sidebar you see what connections people are making. The result in the massage parlour case is rather unfortunate.

I’m sure the connection isn’t meant to be a comment on the character of Miss Leicestershire 2005. Neither, I imagine is the caption like “Pets Gallery”. The only thing that could make it worse would be for someone to draw a line connecting the two and discover, after uploading it, that they had accidentally obliterated a letter “t” from the section “Prostitution is a thorny subject…”
